A 25,000 ft² house was sold for over $51 million making it the most expensive house sold in Greater Vancouver.

In May, a Shaughnessy house was sold in 12 days for $2 million over asking - sold price was over $8 million.

In June, a West Vancouver house listed under $3 million was sold in 2 hours over $4.1 million.
